is there any way that the system takes the standard hours [stated in the routing] instead of manually entering the hours for each and every operation in the routing when we enter the hours in the hours accounting taking into consideration that we are not applying backflusing and that the HRA parameter is set to estimated rates :confused:

No. Backflush will take estimated hours but when you use hours accounting the actual hours will be used.
