Hi

For closing a Production Order

1) check in session ticst0101m000 wether some quantities are pending (esp. against subsequent delivery)

2) If production order is attached with a P.O. (Subcon) then ensure that first the PO is processed till PDPO stage.

You can also check the planned inventory transactions by item session and see wether something is pending against the production order.

Hope the above helps.

Thanks

Run the Session to Backflush Hours and see if this will allow you to close order.

I have noticed that some times the qty to backflush field on ticst001 form 2 does not get updated properly and the system still thinks there is a qty to be released on an outbound even though there is nothing in tdilc401 it's worth a check

Does the Planned Inventory Transaction Screen show any information for this order.

Check first of all there is estimated materials or material to issue for the production orders

In ticst001 table

ticst001.issu, ticst001.iswh, ticst001.subd should be ZERO
