Dear All:

I get this message "Define conversion factor on general level" when i try to enter a unit and a conversion factor of the base unit of an item, can anyone give me any explination or solution for that problem?

It is because you are trying to create a conversion factor for two units that are of the same type. eg feet and inches, kg and gram. The conversion factor will be the same for all items, so it should be set at the general level. ie do not link it to an item or item group.
