I am looking for, is there a functionallity to display the drawings (drawings design) for a part from Baan 5?
Is it necessary to instal a visualizing?
Which will be the requirements?

Has anybody handled this?

See Baan Document UP128 on Baan Manufacturing - Engineering Data Management. Also Look at ODM (Object Data Manager). Standard Baan only Supports some file types that you can display using the Display Drawing Buttton that you see in the Item Mater and other Places, if you set the parameter and directory structue up. ODM allows more file types. You need to get both documents and review them. Hope this helps.

I have some questions:
1. I have seen the Baan Document UP128 and I did not see something specific for the drawings issue.
2. What type of files i can Display. I made a test with .txt and .jpg extension and does not display the drawing.
3. What is the purpose of ODM in EDM, I have 2 manuals user's and administrator's, but I see that its functionality is ver big.
