Don't know Baan IV,
but in V routings are stored in tirou102 for standard items and via pcf generated items, if that is what you mean.

All routings are maintained in one session in V. Cust and std routings are grouped together

in baan 5 customized items are defined by filling the project code in the item data itself.

so any routing stored in the standard routing tables for those project coded items will be considered as customized routing for the same.
UNlike in baan4 there is no clear definition of customized item and standard items in baan5 .
