Is there a way to cancel a huge number of MRP orders that are currently planned? Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks.

What kind of planned orders? If the orders have the status "Firm Planned" run MRP again and select the field "Delete Firm Planned Orders?" as "Yes". If they're simply "Planned" there is no mass delete functionality that I'm aware of. You might have to do a script unless you want to modify the MPS/MRP demand so they will be eliminated.

Simply run a 'regenerative MRP'........if the currently planned orders are no longer needed, they will be deleted by the run....

Hello everyone,
Ran regenerative MRP and it definetely got me closer. 1 problem, the system is generating sometimes 2 batches for same date and item. Any idea why.
Thanks

One thing to check is the quantity entered in the field "Max Number of Orders Per Day" in the Generate MRP/MPS session. If set to greater than 1 MPS/MRP will egenerate more than 1 order per day if there are multiple demands for the same day.
