I'm studying TRP & will use it in the company.
Could anyone give me suggestion which one is the best (with reasons):
1. Use tool item with the same ID, even I've refurbish it several times?
or
2. Create new ID for tool item that already been refurbished?

Which one is easier regarding tool cost calculation (refurbishing cost, etc)? How to calculate it?
