what are the parameters beside item ordering data & item planning data to make my plan go right? because every time i run simulate order, the planned orders with successful order interval are only the manufactured items (and still the purchase items breakdown as demand forecast).

Check your item supplier information also. When you enter a supplier in item purchase this is suppose to create the Item Supplier Information.

it was because i set that item for multi-sourcing purpose, so the engine always generate several P.Os :)
