I am trying to close production order. the current status is completed. It gives a message "There is still some quantity to backflush". I have checked the quantities and cannot seem to find the problem. Any assisstance or suggestion is appreciated.

Assuming you are using sfc. Have you checked the ticst001 table for small residual qty (subd)

We have IVc4 and sometimes have small quantities left which we clear manually to close the order.

In Baan -IV - SFC, check in the session ticst0101m000 in the fields - issue / subsequent delivery. Change these values to zero after checking no issues are pending. Then close the production order.

The problem was in Report Operation Completed session, tisfc0102m000, the field "To Do" was not 0. I ran Backflushing on the Production Order concerned and it solved the problem.
