Dear all,

I made a production order of item X with lot (using item Y, no lot) in warehouse Z. The initial order was 1000 pcs, then revised to 1001 pcs.

After closed production order, I checked whpinp1500m000 & whpinp1501m000 sessions. There is no more transactions. When checked whwmd2515m000 session, there is still 1 pce of inventory on order in warehouse Z (in whinr1540m000, inventory on order is 0). Please read attached file.
It's the 2nd time I found this same case.

Can anyone help me with this case?

The same problem has been found in Baan IV, this has been solved (change order qty messed up planned inventory), I guess it has been solved in 5 too.

Hi namasamaran :),

try running whinp1200m000. Sometimes changing producion order qty gives problem in the planned inventory transaction record.

Hi Namasmaran,

The -Ve on order qty suggests that there may be a sales order (sales return). If that is not the case then the problem should get resolved by running the error recovery for planned transactions - session.
