Dear Guys,
We are using FIFO Costing in our system (Baan V.0c)
We do the setup as follows ;
1. we create inventory Valuation Method - FIFO at session whina1100m000
2. Input First Purchase Price at session tdipu0101s000 from General Item Data (tcibd0501m000)
3. Calculate Cost Price from tcibd0107s000
So in the first time we got the same value of Estimated Cost price and Purchase Price

Example :
Item Qty Purchase Price Estimated Cost Price
A001 100 1000 1000

We buy new item with qty 50 pcs and new Purchase Price 1200

Our questions :
1. When system will update Purchase Price (at session tdipu0101s000) and Estimated Cost Price (at session tcibd0107m000) ???

We already tried receipt the item, print Purchase Invoice and Matching Purchase Invoice with Purchase Order estimated AP Module but no effect with Purchase Price and Estimated Cost Price

2. We also run session ticpr2210m000 - Calculate Cost and Valuation Price with cost price calculationn method single level but no effect with our Estimated Cost price and last calculation date, so what is the function of this system ???

3. Is it possible we change Estimated Cost Price if the item already has on hand qty ?? If yes , from which session we can do it ??

Please help me if ones of you have experiences for this.
