I want to sort the Items in a BOM (tibom1510m000) by Item Code not by Pos. Number. I can find no way how to do this. Did we do something wrong during the setup or is somewhere a switch that make this possible?

Can I link a Programm with a F Key?
When I use the Programm cprrp0520m000 I want to press the F12 Key and the Programm cprrp1220m000 should start.
Can every user make his own setup?
In our Version:
F1=Help
F2=Calculator
F3-F12 empty

In B40c4 following is the situation which I feel is no different in B5c

1. If u wish the order of display is always item wise and not position wise, then permanent solution is to add an index on tibom010 (manufactured item , item , position number). Alternatively u need it only for a while , u can use query by form (Tool --> query) . And in the 2nd form use the sort sequence 1 for item as 1 .

2. If u are on latest porting set , u can configure hot keys (including function keys ) using key map groups (ttaad2108m000) , key map settings (ttaad2109m000) and user setting (ttaad2105m000).

1. To sort the bom is not so easy. I do not know where I can add a index and how.

2. In Baan5 I can only open ttaad2107m000,06,05. 08 and 09 I can´t. Also I do not know at your description what I have to do in which window. Is there a help file in the net?
