We are under-recovering labour/overhead as phantoms are recorded at their raw material value on production orders - the value of labour & overhead are not included. How can we overcome this?

Dear Tracy,

The labor/overhead amounts in a production order will be captured if their hourly rate is defined (in Operation Rates) and the number of hours taken by the manufacturing activities in the production order is recorded (in Hours Accounting by Employee)

I had this problem in the past on 4c4 supply chain version. if the routing is linked to the phantom item then the cost of labour appeared in the cost roll up but was not captured when booking production.
