I wonder what actions are updating this field.
I guess it is in the sessions ticst0101m000 (Enter Material Issue For Prod Orders) and tisfc0110m000 (Maintain Estimated materials). Maybe when the "Allocated Field" changes, if that's the case: when does this field Change ?

the date is controlled by the operation to which the material is attached, if no operation then it is the start of the work order, recheduling or moving operations/ work orders changed the allocation date
