When the production of the customized items of a project starts the design of some assemblies is still in process.
Today the prp-status 'firm-planned' is used to mark an item as ready designed and to release it for production.
At last prp is used as a kind of workflow and not to plan projects.
To use prp for scheduling project-resources we need a way to exclude customized items with incomplete bills of material and missing routings from prp.
In other words: We need a project-status for each customized item.
Does anybody has an idea how to handle it in Baan IV?
