Hi,
I had couple of questions.

1. What is Baan Front Office? What products come under that?
2.What is Baan Back Office? What products come under that?

Thanks.

BFO is a general name, it is specially refered to iCRM (aurum), which including Sales Plus, Marketing Plus, Configuration Plus, Admin Plus and so on, I don't know if E-Enterprise Series are BFO;
For BBO, it is in fact Baan ERP.

Yes, BFO can be used as a stand alone package. And there are some SAP customers that use BFO (iBaan For CRM).

Beware of CRM since SSA has no clear roadmap for those applications
