Report slams SAP software
More than half the companies using software from SAP, Europe's largest software group, have not achieved a return on their investment, according to an independent survey to be published today. The report by US-based Nucleus Research, which specialises in evaluating financial returns on information technology investment, comes as a blow to the German group, whose main marketing message is that the cost of its business software is more than offset by the savings it affords.
