I am wondering if anyone can give what indicative rates are normally charged in Mexico. Typically Baan is present providing consulting there.

If anyone has heard rates either for functional or Technical consulting project, could you post or email your answer.

The usual rates in Mexico are:

Between 120 and 100/hr for a project leader
Between 100 and 80/hr for a funcitional and technical people.

If you get a lower rate than that, be sure you validate the real experience and references of the consultants

I assume those are USD? And does that include expenses.
