For the last three weeks we sometimes get the following BW message. Error:Internal error. Nothing can be found in any log file. When the error occurs the user in question can't use any Baan session until he/she logsoff Baan, waits 1-2 minutes, and logson again. Can anyone help me with this one ? We use Baan 4c3 Port.6.1c.04.02 with Oracle 8.0.5 on HPUX 10.20.

Which BW version are you using ?
Did you install the latest one already ?

Most users (about 150 clients) use BW client 56. Some of us (administrators and super-users) are testing/using 65 and 67.
Due to Baan-to-Excel requirements we will, in the near future, switch to BW67.

walter01: ... We use Baan 4c3 Port.6.1c.04.02 with Oracle 8.0.5 on HPUX 10.20.Why this old portingset? It may be that the portingset is too old for your clients! If you start to update, be aware to also note the documentations on the portingsets that you will skip! There have been some changes in ttstprepdll that will require both tools and portingset to be updated at the same time, as wel as $BSE/include6.1
