Are you looking for Sales Invoice Printing ?? , if no - please elaborate ??

I think not. I need billing all the documents prints by Baan. I need to check whether there is any tool that performs the billing, or from UNIX, or from Windows, but talk to the impressions coming from Unix.

In the above said what does "billing documents " refer to ?? , is it Point of Sale Documents or Purchase invoice Documents.

just to make clear what your intention is:

you want to count the documents printed to bill the user/department that printed these documents?

If this is your intention and you are printing via Unix, this could be achieved rather easily.
Instead of invoking lp/lpr call a script that counts first($USER should contain the user invoking the printing) and calls lp/lpr later.

Thanks Norbert for clarification ,

we basically do that in the Printer itself(RICOH) .User groups has been created at print manager .

hence we get the no. of paper printed details via mail from printer.
