I installed BaanIV BECS version B40c.85 and ran through VPN. It was terminated displaying the standard Microsoft's event encountered error
which need to close.
The Cisco VPN client is of latest version and gets connected perfectly.

What can be the problem? Any one facing this kind of a problem can
share their solution as it is critical.

try this,

add the file as exception in DEP.

steps to do .
1.goto run , type "sysdm.cpl"
2.goto advanced tab.
3.hit on settings in performance area.it pops up a form
4.goto data execution prevention
5.select second radio button and add the BECS as exception.

Note : always check event viewer for details .
