When i tried to add record in the session, it straight away disappear which mean become empty. Is it this happen is because of indexing? Any idea for it?

Can you be more specific. Did you check whether a record is inserted viewing ttaad4500?

Yes, the indexing in the Baan is quite strange, records should be unique based on all indexes on table. If you add further index on table, be careful and always include field or many fields so that each record should appears as unique.
