Thank you for the above examples. They were helpful and I was able to set this up, the drawback being that it does not bring in the file delimited. I am able to save the file as a txt file and then open it back up and then it gives me the prompts to bring it in delimited. Has anyone found a way to get around this?

Currently we have to re-open the file also. This caught us by suprise with the latest SP from microsoft - few months back. We still have not found a fix - I heard(don't know for a fact) that microsoft does have a hot fix for this.

If you are willing to pay 2K or so, you can can try a tool called B2WIN from www.nazdaq-it.com
We implemented that on our Baan5c system and is a smash hit!

FYI - We just rolled out a new set of patches from microsoft that solved our problem. No longer do we have to close and re-open the file.
