I´m having the following problem:
I´m installing KWQ 4.0 on a new laptop using win xp 32 bits sp2.
When I started the application, a error message appears:
"unable to load user interface resource library: file FccESM4.dll file not found"

Anybody faced this before?

Yes, I faced similar error.
I just copied that dll to system32 directory (i.e. C:\WINNT\system32) and it worked:).

I searched the cd and not found that file. Can you share?

Did you search the client PC also? It seems to me I used to have this file, but just not in the correct spot.

Yes, I have alredy searched on the PC. But not found it.
I´m afraid that, due to KWQ, original languaje are english, due to my Win xp is in spanish, the Folio View Program, tries to look for that file in spanish, instead in english....
