Hi All,
We have an issue closing certain standard inspections (for produced goods) in LN6.1.

In the Standard Orders screen we are able to Complete, Process and Check & Close the inspections without any issue. When we attempt to update into history, nothing happens - there is no error message but the inspection stays in the Standard Orders screen.

All samples have been drawn, all tests required have results, all characteristics are showing as complete.... It appears to be a setup or user issue as not all inspections are affected but we can't pinpoint what the cause is.http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/images/smilies/confused.gif

Has anyone got any ideas on what might be preventing the move to the history table?

hi,

to complete the inspection you have to go in warehouse inspections and then approve/complete the inspection there.

It happens when we "tick QM only recommends". Once you complete the inspection from warehouse inspection after completing QM inspection it will get closed and will move to history table.

step1. complete QM inspection
step2: complete Warehouse inspection
step3: move it to history table
