Environment : LN FP2, porting set 8.3a

Windows 2003 server, MSSQL 2005 server, Webtop 4.2

This is new installation for this computer.

When I would like to open SSA Webtop. It's not display log on page, the message show "The page can not be found". I try to install "jre-1.5.0" and "jre-6-windows-i586" but it's still show error message "The page cannot be found". Please advice for me.

(when install webtop I use port 8080).

Try this if you are working on webtop server:

http://localhost:8080/webtop/servlet/login

Try with hostname or IP address as well.

Already try to change with hostname and ip address but still show "The page cannot be found".
This server can use internet but can't open Webtop.
Do you have any comment?

Is IIS service on? Are there any proxy settings or firewalls enabled on the server?

IIS service is on. No proxy setting and Firewall.

Check whether the Tomcat service is turned on or off. When you installed Webtop into the server, you should install Tomcat as well.

Shouldnt it be either Tomcat or IIS to make Webtop work?

Since the Webtop comes together with the Tomcat, we have deployed it regardless whether its a UNIX or Windows box. Not sure about IIS since we never tested it on IIS and we never installed IIS into 2 of our LN running on Windows 2003 servers.

I think same you. May be it have problem with IIS. I will find out about IIS config.

As mohdzain put it, check if Tomcat service is installed or not. I just remembered having problems with webtop without tomcat services. Try re-installing webtop with Tomcat service checked.

Now I can use webtop on server. I change port 8080 to another port.
Then uninstall webtop and re-install again webtop can show login page and I can open it.
