One of the user facing below error while login to Baan:

Fatal Error:Dynamic Link Failure function 'create.pixmap'....

Please help me its argent.

Did you try re-installing the client bw? Could be a corrupted file...

I have cheked at my end, i am able to login by my BW using my username and passwd but can't using clients.
Also attached Baan User with Others UNIX user & its working, but when connected to his UNIX user it gives error that means problem is with UNIX account, but where the problem lies.

Also one more question is "Does .profile file is required in /home directory of user"?

From a Unix perspective, I don't think it is mandatory. You might want to set up for your custom user settings or to inherit proper environment settings for batch accounts from a 3-party Job Management Software etc.
