We have a problem at a customer starting webhelp for ERP LN. If we use our notebooks in the customer network we get the webhelp immediately without any problems.
At the customer PCs we always get an error opening a field or session help for the first time. We get the error from the internet explorer that the filetype "htmlservlet" is unknown and the IE asks the user to save the file. If we start the field oder session help for the second time we get the help.
It seems to be a problem in the IE configuration. Any guess?
