I have an error message while transfering ST-Items from Baan to PDM.
You can find detail of the error message in the attachment file.
How can i solve this problem ?

I do not have access to a PDM system anymore, but I remember that there was a table to store the UDType information, including one record for ZZ_COUNTER.

I am assuming that you have some data corruption, possibly a missing table. Is this a fresh PDM system? Did you load all default data with loaddb? Did you have any errors then? Lots of problems are caused by not having the correct permissions set up for the database. You need to follow the instructions in the documentation very carefully!

By the way, are you aware that PDM 5.2c is NOT supported and does not work well on WindowsXP?

I attached baan pdm table list. perhaps you remember table name which contain zz_counter info.

Hi , I think that you should fill all blanks about the items. When I look at your error message, I saw the blanks your item structure.It means that check your data and its references. For example <product_type> ? .
Try it !

I filled all blank field in Baan item table. You can see this at the attachment file. Also, I checked their reference and definetion in pdm table (ZZ_UDCDTYPE table) All values was defined. I try to transfer again but result unsuccessful. I get same error message. Also, I can transfer from pdm to baan successfuly.

Did you look at your BSE DB log files? What kind of error messages did you get ?

I checked the log files but I didn't find any log info about this error message. Also, I checked Gateway Activity Log but I didn't find any error message. It appears every thing is ok.
