Hi,

Can someone tell me how to get the user wise menu structure and the sessions the user is authorised to use.

Example: If user A has startup menu M1 and he has access to Distribution->Item Control->Item Data->Maintanence->Maintain item data.

Then I should be able to see 'Maintain Item Data' when I give the user A.
Likewise all the menu,submenu,sessions for the user A.
Let me know the baan tables from where I can get this or any piece of sql commands i can execute to obtain this.

Hi In fact that you can see all menu structure and details like sessions from
Menu/ Print Menu Structure (ttadv3475m000). But As far as I know that there is not any report that shows menu structure with authorised in Baan IV.
Before , I faced same problem like that. It can be gotten by using TOOLS. But I didn't work on it so much. May be , there can be someone that made it.

We made a specific session to print the menu structure with authorizations.
The report is sorted by level and sequence.
It's used through excel (see the output to excel in codes & utilities).
