Hello Everybody,

I'm coming from SAP world in which I had all documentation related to the different modules, and now I'm surprised because until now I'm not able to find out any documentation for any module in BAAN IV, Is anyone able to tell me if I can find out a specific manuals or documentation? I can even change SAP manuals (specially in logistic area) for BAA IV manuals.

My recollection is that a set of electronic documentation is delivered with the product to gether with enough boxes of Balck-A4 lever arch binders to contain the many volumes.

Our documentation has never been updated by Baan nor have we had any real need to refer to it.

To get a feel for Baan given that you hav SAP experience I suggest the text book that was written 7 or 8 years ago, whose author and title elude at the moment but can be found on this site.

As others pointed out , there is hard copy of documents delivered earlier .

Nevertheless , the same hard copy documentation can be found nline too and u can print that using session ttadv7450m000. ( writing this from memory so tell me if this session is misleading or does not exist! )

Please notice the dates on any documentation from Baan support. Some may be dated 1998 for Baan IV. Use them for guidelines but do you own testing and check release notes because functionality can intentionally change between service packs
