Hi ,

We are planning to set up a software documentation system/database. Our major requirements are that it be easy to use and fully searchable.
We intend to use it to control Baan/database/Web system changes and document all our customizations/ Stored procedures etc.
Are there any in-expensive software packages which can handle this ?
If anyone has some experience here please advise.

Your profile says that you are currently on Baan 5c which has RCS for a revision control system. What are you trying to acomplish exactly.

I have successfully added CVS to Baan as RCS was limited. If I know what your requirements are maybe I can help.
