Have anyone use tracker device (Intermec 2420) connected to a PC serial port and upload or download data to/from tracker device thru Baan program session. If you done this please me give me some info. how to do it. Thank you.

In order for the Trakker to accept information back from Baan, you need to have an intelligent client running on the Trakker. I have done this using the DDC and middleware. I would suggest you speak to the people at RMCis (www.rmcis.com) about their solution. If you are just trying to input a scan from the integral scanner on the Trakker, there may be a way to do that also.
