Hello everybody!
I have a problem with a Kyocera FS-1010 printer. Printing from UNIX works fine. But any print from BaaN is unreadable. For example a line is not printed as a line but still in endless special characters.
Thanks for you help!

Hello B-aa-N,
printing from UNIX is raw ASCII.
What emulation is your printer working.
Set the Kyocera to HP PCL Mode, and i think, it will work with BaaN, when using a HP Laserjet driver.

Hello!
The printer still runs in PCL(6). I've checked the configuration. It is the same as all the other Kyocera printers we're running. The only difference to other local printers is that i've used the Window NT "printing service for UNIX" and not the printserver from our terminal emulation. In Windows, i've set up the printer with the general/Text only driver (same as on terminal emulation) and made a share. Changing the Windows driver to HP Laserjet 4 results in the same.
