We have changed a user to an LCD monitor(15 inch) from a desktop monitor but she wants to a have higher resolution, however when we change the resolution to big fonts in widows setting she looses part of the screen. How do we solve this?

There is no solution, users should work with what is supplied, unless there are physical restrictions. A 15 inch TFT usually has a resolution of 1024x768 pixels; a usual Baan session is made to display ok in 800x600, but certain/custom may be too big for this. Or the user has to work nearer the display and work like it is, make sure that she maximizes the session (then you get the scrool bars to be able to see all) or then get a 17 inch TFT screen.
