Our place uses a lot of dot-matrix printers to print reports.

Previously we were using BaaN on UNIX and the printers used 'text-mode' to print so it was very fast.

However, now we are on BaaN Windows and it uses the BWPRINT to send documents to printers. It is very slow because it uses graphical modes.

Currently, the only method to print fast is to print to a file and then send the file to printer using the Command Prompt.

Any other ways/workarounds to print direct from BaaN to printer at better speeds?

Hello, have the same problem in inforLN (windows 2012). We have a new Printronix P9000 and prints only in slow graphic mode. Is there a solution how to print in text mode from Infor LN to matrix printers.
