Is there any freeware available for logging cases internally within LAN/WAN/Local intranet & Keeping database.
Can somebody help?

You can have a look at DeskPRO (http://www.deskpro.com). Otherwise there are freeware/shareware PHP/Perl scripts available that provide you with a similar functionality. They usually interface with mySQL databases. Take a glance at http://www.hotscripts.com

Godrej has one such solution developed internally by their own people. I have see a demo of it.
