My Client is a well established consulting firm, headquartered in the US and doing business internationally. They are urgently in need of a Sr. Project Manager with expertise in Baan 5 (Manufacturing and Distribution) and experience in cross-cultural international implementations. This is a permanent position(and an excellent career opportunity) with an attractive compensation package. This position will involve immediately taking over the Project Management of an international roll-out starting in the UK.
The travel will be a combination spending time between the US and the UK. This corporation allows it's consultants to live anywhere in the US or Canada.

I am interested in learning more about the position you have posted here. From the sounds of it, it is very much like my previous position. As a Project Executive one of my recent projects was deploying a major global strategic initiative implementing Baan (in over 100 business units) in conjunction with several other key initiatives (consolidated financial services, IT outsourcing, lean implementation...). This project required a program office to command and control the initiatives of which I was a member executive.

One element that may be of particular interest to you: this said project was being executed by Invensys, PLC. (the owners of Baan)
