Microdyne Outsourcing, Inc. is a national provider of outsourced support services for computer products companies, contact center technical support, depot repair and reverse logistics service centers.

Seeking Business Systems Analyst/Engineer, with a minimum of five years experience in design, development, deployment, and maintenance of business system solutions within the Baan ERP infrastructure supporting operating business units and accounting function. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities: partnering with business areas to provide design, development and implementation of business systems solutions supporting our operating business units. Provide assistance to IT staff, collaborate with administrative and management staff to plan future technologies/infrastructure projects, assuming responsibilities for projects as requested.

Skills Required:
>> Well developed communication and excellent listening skills

>> Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

>> Strong experience in Baan applications/system design - particularly in Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Planning.

>> Expertise and experience in configuring and customizing Baan 5c, using Baan Tools.

B.S. degree or equivalent work experience required. On-call, travel, and variable work schedule required. Excellent compensation benefits.
