1. Job Description / Responsibilities :

· Providing off-shore / on-site development, customization / extension and technical support to Baan customers
· Maintenance and upgrade services for Baan installations
· Application customization and extension
· Implementation of new modules
· Installation / administration
· Integration with legacy systems / data migration from legacy systems
· Bug fixes, testing
· Database administration – Baanbase, Informix, Oracle, OS/2, Sybase

2. Desired Profile of the Candidate

· Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E / M.Tech. / equivalent
· Additional qualifications / certifications a plus
§ Around 6 years with at least 3 years experience on Baan Tools
· Exposure to one or more of the following areas : Sales & Distribution / Inventory / Manufacturing / Project Industries / Baan SCH Automotive Extension / Supply Chain Management
· Experience in working with multi b-shell, function server, table boosters , DRP,MRP,PRP will be a DEFINITE ADVANTAGE
· Experience with developing or implementing Baan IVC4/ERP/SCM a must
· Formal training on any of the above packages / Baan Tools will be a plus
· Should be able to work at a fast-paced environment as part of a close-knit team
· Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
· Must exhibit creativity & innovation in problem solving
· Experience working in an Offshore Development and Support Environment will be a plus
· Client Interfacing skills
· Exposure to specific areas like Dynamic Enterprise Modeler / Engineering Data Management / Service.
