Manager ERP Application Development & Support-Baan:
Established $2 Billion international manufacturer of low-tech products in Central Ohio is growing like crazy. Building a world-class technology department is a top priority for the chairman and senior executives as their mission is to become An Employer of Choice.
The primary objective of this newly created position is to manage all facets of the corporate wide implementation, support and development of Baan. This will include but not be limited to leading and developing the ERP staff providing guidance and supervision in the execution of their assigned responsibilities, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver best practice business solutions and assuring propriety of all areas of the ERP infrastructure and environment including operational and technical policies and procedures and version/change control management.
The position requires Minimum five years experience implementing internal systems-specifically Baan. Must have a strong working knowledge of Baan coupled with previous experience managing ERP implementations; experience in similar applications a plus. Proven leader with a broad technical background, capable of training, building and managing a solid IT organization. Excellent leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of this position.
