LN Technical Consultant (LN 10.5)
· Provides on-time Technical support to all the users and resolves issues related to ERP and business applications with the help of service providers where required.
· Maintains ERP and business applications users, scheduled jobs and audit files.
· Conducts regular audits on processes, data and authorizations. Prepares audit reports and follows till completion of corrective and preventive actions.
· Develops effective solutions as per user requirements in line with management strategies and goals.
