I have experience attending IT clients at a continental level, incuding service orders from creating new application environments, VRCs, app users, database users and roles, managing devices, monitoring disk space usage, performance and supporting migration of information between different platforms and even implementing ERP in new countries. I have been responsible for small teams to solve problems and follow up service orders.I have service artitude and understand the importance of the IT team for helping others make the entire functions in the company, always sticked to the policies and priorities.Nowadays I live in Maia, Porto, Portugal.
