·Accenture will provide Level 2 Application Help Desk Support and Level 3 Application Fixes along with enhancement requests, for our large industrial products client in San Diego.
·Accenture will manage correction of System Errors in In-Scope Software, including
Coordinating repairs with third-party software vendors
Updating program code and documentation
Coordinating repair efforts with other departments as necessary.
We currently have several openings for a High Performance Team Specialists who will be responsible for delivering application support for our client These individuals will understand how the application supports client and key stakeholder businesses with functional and technical links to the sources and destinations of data and processes affecting or affected by the applications.

Baan level 5 experience is preferred, level 4 is acceptable.
other roles require one or more of the following skills: Baan tools, Winchill, System Administration skills, functional specialty of Shop Floor Control orSales/Service.
