Position Summary: Provide support, maintenance, customization, and development of our Infor ERP applications: MK and LN. Understand existing business processes for each of our divisions and help develop an LN implementation strategy that involves mapping business processes from one ERP application to the other. Consult with business process owners to identify and understand functions that need to be mapped and automated, recognize business needs, input and output requirements, document the desired features, deploy and conduct in-depth training, identify gaps and suggest improvements through analyzing such business processes.
