ERP LN Finance Support Analyst
•The candidate should have experience in all ERPLN Finance Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Taxation and Fixed Assets) along with good accounting knowledge.
•Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in ERPLN Finance Application Support and/or Implementation is required.
•Should have good coordination and communication skills to interact with members in IT and Business teams spread across the globe.
•Experience in identifying bugs, designing a new custom solution, testing, documentation and training is required.
•Decent functional knowledge in ERPLN Logistics and Manufacturing modules is required.
•Some technical knowledge of ERPLN and/or Baan Tools will be a plus.
•This position requires strong analytical and problem solving skills at times need to work on multiple support issues concurrently.
Provide detailed advice and guidance to all users as well as basic training in ERP software use to end-users in order to ensure the effective use of systems available to them.
-Provide an effective interface between users and second level support (internal team or service providers) supplying all necessary diagnostic information, according to established procedures (control and incident management procedures).
-Monitor progress and apply escalation procedures as necessary by using judgment to set priority for problems resolution.
