We are looking for a highly-motivated and responsible Information Technology professional to join our IT staff. The Senior ERP System Support Analyst will be responsible for support, configuration and administration of Infor LN Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system software and Infor Baan IV ERP. Duties include application and testing of patches and service packs, performance monitoring and maintenance, system configuration and general system administration and maintenance. Other duties include Microsoft SQL server database administration, and support of operational databases, primarily ERP but also includes other production databases. Responsibilities include owning, tracking and resolving database related items such as maintenance jobs and performance, support implementation or upgrade of systems, daily monitoring to ensure service related issues are identified and resolved, and perform research and make recommendations to improve operations. This role requires a service-oriented mentality and a high sense of ownership. Self-direction and ability to allocate time between multiple projects and system support duties are expected of the successful candidate.
