Project description:
For our client we are looking for a on-the-job trainer (m/f) for Infor ERP Ln users in Sweden. Our client is a manufacturer in the automotive industry. The modules "logistics" and "supply chain" are already implemented. The users have to be trained on site and on the job on how to use the new system.
Tasks:
- conduction of user trainings, discuss user problems at their desks and find a solution
- enable users to solve problems like:
where do I find..., how do I..., where do I find the report...
- Possibly also: Creating of on-the-job training material
Skills:
- fluency in English OR Swedish (Swedish preferred)
- Indepth user experience in Infor ERP Ln in the area of logistics and supplychain
- educational skills and empathy
