Job purpose:
To support and help manage the HSV, HSVi and Walkinshaw Group Business Computer systems. This position is Based at the Clayton site - Melbourne.
Job background:
The HSV IT department supports the computing requirements for five companies. The activities of these companies range from automotive design and engineering through to manufacturing and racing. Premoso is expanding and is investing in technology
Department structure:
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be a member of a growing department supporting over 250 users and maintaining a large ERP installation. This position will be based at Holden Special Vehicles Melbourne Australia.
Key activities include:
Infor ERP Ln (Baan) ERP Business system support
SQL database reporting services, queries and administration.
Baan DEM Flow administration.
Baan business system training.
Liaise with external consultants to provide Baan finance support.
Identify and test enhancements of the Baan application.
Help manage, promote and develop the HSV IT helpdesk system.
Create and manage portal reports for HSV retailers and suppliers.
Crystal report writing and crystal Enterprise support.
Create a management dashboard reporting tool.
