BaaN IV - Experienced consultant/developer

-Gather/analyze requirments and translate them into functional specifications and system design specifications;
-Understand business issues and opportunities in the context of design requirements and related recommended solutions;
-Ability to provide necessary programming based on functional/technical specifications;
-Interface design/build experience
-Must have multiple life cycles using BaaN ERP
-Self motivated and able to work independently with little direction.
-Functional experience a big plus
-Must have minumum of 8 years experience in BaaN IV
-Englich speaking/understanding a must;
